Important: Raja404 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Raja404 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Raja404 support immediately at [email protected]. Raja404 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending security investigation at its reasonable discretion.
Account Security Recommendation: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Raja404 Account. Use a unique password that is not shared with other online services. Never disclose your password to any person claiming to be a Raja404 representative — our staff will never ask for your password.
Raja404 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. All Players must successfully complete KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. Raja404 may also request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle where additional verification is deemed necessary.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is RM30,000, subject to individual payment method limits. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods — including those registered in the name of a spouse, family member, or friend — will not be accepted and may result in the immediate suspension of your Account pending investigation.
Cryptocurrency deposit amounts are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. A 2% crypto deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) may apply to qualifying cryptocurrency deposits, subject to applicable bonus terms.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that are verified, registered in your name, and have been used for at least one deposit on your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following timelines:

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings derived therefrom.

For sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia matches, English Premier League (EPL) fixtures, UEFA competitions, and UFC events — wagers are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body or event organiser.
For live dealer casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and poker, the decisions and outcomes recorded by the live dealer management system are final and binding. Raja404 does not accept claims relating to alleged dealer error unless supported by verifiable recording evidence reviewed by our compliance team.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed on the individual game interface prior to wagering. Raja404 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a manifest technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, Raja404 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. This determination will be made by Raja404's technical team and is final.

Raja404 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. We will use reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure continuity of service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Raja404 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, Raja404 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email to the registered address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
